1. Processing Time1. 处理时间
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, and major sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.订单将在付款确认后1至3个工作日内处理（周一至周五，不包括美国联邦节假日）。在旺季（黑色星期五、圣诞节及大型促销活动期间），处理时间可能最长为5个工作日。您的订单发货后，将收到一封包含物流追踪信息的确认邮件。

*Estimated delivery time begins after order processing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak-season volume.
No surprise fees at your door. Customs duties and import charges for US orders are prepaid by us. You will not be asked to pay any additional duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges when your package is delivered.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories; additional transit time may apply to these locations). We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the "Track Your Order" link in our website footer, or directly on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Carriers
We work with established international and US last-mile carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and our international line-haul partners — to deliver your orders. Carrier selection depends on your location and package weight, and is determined by us.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Bed True is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@bedtrue.com within 12 hours of placing your order — once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery (with no product defect), we will refund the order value minus the original outbound shipping cost. We will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible; additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bedtrue.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.包裹丢失：如果物流信息显示“已送达”，但您仍未收到包裹，请先与家人及邻居确认，然后在7天内联系我们。我们将与承运商展开调查并妥善处理。

9. Sales Tax & Duties9. 销售税与关税
Sales tax: Bed True does not currently collect US state sales tax on orders shipped within the United States, and no sales tax will be added at checkout.销售税：Bed True 目前不为美国境内发货的订单收取州级销售税，结账时也不会添加任何销售税。
Duties and import charges: All customs duties and import charges on US orders are prepaid by Bed True. You will not be charged any additional amount on delivery.关税和进口费用：所有美国订单的关税和进口费用均由Bed True预先支付。您在收货时不会被收取任何额外费用。
