We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, the actual colors you see depend on your screen and device settings, and we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product colors. Slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are normal characteristics of textile products and do not constitute defects.

3. Product Safety & Care

Our bedding and textile products are intended for normal household use. Please follow the care instructions provided on each product label. This Notice and any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at hello@bedtrue.com; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, China. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer residing outside China of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the laws of their country or state of residence.
